Evaluation and Therapy Services
Dr. Aranda provides psychological assessments for teenagers and adults, with an advanced specialization in evaluations addressing neurodivergence, which includes attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism. She is an integrative practitioner who infuses her work with components of mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, and culturally-responsive interventions. Dr. Aranda is an award-winning psychologist in response to her service and commitment to addressing healing and wellness within queer communities of color.

Specialties include perfectionism, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism, “people-pleasing”, anxiety, depression, family issues (challenges), relationship concerns, career counseling, identity development (race/ethnicity, sexuality, gender, and religious), spiritual well-being, and stress management. Advanced knowledge in working with BIPOC, individuals who identify as first-generation and/or members of immigrant communities, in addition to LGBTQQIA populations.
