Spectrum Practice of Berkeley is an innovative counseling center dedicated to providing quality mental health and evaluation services. We specialize in working with youth and adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety and depression problems. We also focus on providing a supportive work environment and the opportunity for professional development for our staff.
We Are Hiring!
We are looking for licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) either part-time (20 hours minimum) or full time (minimum of 35 hours a week) with a 1/2 Saturday required for either.
Our Ideal Candidate...
Has experience providing (or strong motivation to learn) evidenced based and CBT counseling to teens/parents/couples or adults presenting with a variety of concerns including autism spectrum, gender identity/gender-expansive, anxiety and depression. We also specialize in working with couples (both traditional and poly/consensual non-monogamy), LGBTQQI, and relationship/family concerns. You are willing & motivated to stay current with the latest research and evidence-based methods through regular training and consultation as a part of our team. You must be passionate about providing exceptional therapy to our clientele in a supportive, kind, and focused manner.

Compensation ranges depend on experience, training, and part-time or full-time hours.
