Larry is a compassionate, insightful, and skilled listener that provides therapeutic
solutions for couples, individuals, and families. He believes that at the root of anxiety,
stress, depression, substance abuse, and relational distress lies a story that when
explored and reauthored carries the power to change and heal. For those who would
also like to add books and reading to their therapeutic journey, Larry also offers
bibliotherapy in which specific books are recommended to assist with one’s personal
goals.

Larry specializes in empowering couples in relational distress to overcome conflict,
barriers to intimacy, and communication issues. He utilizes techniques from Gottman,
Imago Therapy, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and his own personal creativity in
order to restore a balance of peace and harmony. Couples will learn reflective listening
skills, dynamic communication strategies, family transmission patterns, attachment
styles, explore their love languages, let go of guilt, manage anger and conflict, reduce
tension and stress, practice the art of forgiveness, and move away from resentment.
They will be equipped to shift into a brighter and happier place. He is equipped with
many tools to help you succeed. He is also adept at helping with anxiety, depression,
anger management, OCD, shame and guilt. He also works with ADD/ADHD,
procrastination, stress, and feelings of being overwhelmed. He recognizes that daily
pressures can not only be managed skillfully, but one can triumph and overcome them.
He is currently pursuing publication for a book he has written on therapeutic approaches
to ADHD.
